Nikelle....a dog?

If you have been to my house, you know that it is pretty crazy. We have three dogs and they all love attention! Well, Nikelle loves her puppies and they love her too. One night after dinner she was sitting there and we were working on her animal sounds. Well, she got on her hands and knees and then said "woof woof". Well, I whipped out the camera and tried to get it. I ended up getting a little piece of it. You have to listen real careful. She moves her head up and down and that is when she saying it. Maybe she thinks she is a dog afterall!
Don't worry, Nik is working on Vroom Vroom, because her new thing is cars!

Happy Halloween

Nikelle's second halloween. Hard to believe. It was a nice night. Nik carved pumpkins, I know we are a little late. We had it planned for last Sunday, but because of the swine flu going around his family, we had to put it off until today. Nikelle was funny, she only lasted a couple of minutes with it, but she didn't get grossed out. She got the hang of getting the candy, but she would just stand there and wait for more. She didn't get the hang of going to the next house to get more. She is just so funny!

Nikelle's first Bday Party

Sorry for the delay, computer problems....surprise!
I finally got everything together from Nikelle's first bday party. It was so much fun, and turned out pretty well. I did a Tinkerbell theme and Grandma China made her a Tinkerbell tutu. Good for me though, I did not get a picture of her cake. It was pretty darn cute. Thanks to everyone that came and I still can not believe that my baby turned one! She is getting so big.

Happy Birthday to my baby! Shes the big 1

Our precious little princess turned one today. It was fun, but sad. To know that she is growing up! It really just seems like the other day, I would sit here and wish she would get bigger. Now, I just want her to be this age forever. Our adventure started this morning when I heard her yelling for me. (Nik and I took the day off to celebrate with her...like she knew) I went into her room and sang happy birthday to her. Here is her b-day pj's....

Then, I had to make her french toast with a nana (banana). She was super excited, dad got up and ate breakfast with us!

Then she had to take her nap, and off to eat lunch then to the zoo! She had so much fun with her cousin's today. We rode the train and got to see all the babies. And, there was a monkey born today, so we got a picture of that. And, of course, my camera died right when we got the the baby elephant.....grrr But, spending the day with my princess was worth it!

I did it!

I know this is going to amaze many people. I finally finished Twilight. Yes, the first one. I started it after I found out I was prego and then was finishing up my masters and got side tracked. It's hard when you think you have a few seconds: sleep, read, eat, relax? Hopefully, I got my rutine back and can finish the second before the movie comes out in November. I know I will! I have to say that I loved the book! yay me!

Now, I get to watch the video that Nik's cousin put on Blu Ray for us through out xbox...woowoo!
