Well, here I am. I havn't done much with my blog, just have not wanted to really (Melissa L.). But, here is a brief breakdown of what I have been doing.
1. Swimming- any day and everyday I can! Nikelle is started to kick and want to actually swim. And, it gets me out of doing my chores! But, leaves them for later. It is just nice to sit outside and let her play and relax with friends.
2. Getting ready for school- the last few weeks, Nikelle has had a cold and so swimming has been limited, so I have spent some time getting ready for work. Kinda excited, but I have soooo much to do!!!
3. Helping my sister in-law- She is starting her own business and so I decided to put some Mary Kay stuff with it. This has made it to where I really need to get some extra money and thought, I should put some more time into it. Maybe this way I can go back to getting my hair colored and cut regularly and getting my nails done (I sure miss that!). Hopefully, I can make some money at it, instead of doing it for myself. So, if there is anything you need let me know!!! I can get it to you.
That is about all that has happened. I need to post pics and I will soon! I need to share what I did in Boston! I had so much fun~

Nikelle Spring Time Pictures
It was finally Spring, all we waited for was the flowers. Finally!! My friend and co-worker, Cathy, was able to use this amazing yard to get some adorable pictures of Nikelle. She did an amazing job. She says they are "unedited," but they are great!
We did have a hard time to get Nikelle to smile, but we did it later at night and a few days later she started another fever. This time it was another bladder infection. Poor baby! And, we had just got over the 105 fevers the week before! Now, we need to go back into testing. So, on June 10th, she will be sadated, and then more tests will be done to look at her bladder. Hopefully, it was just a fluke infection and not the reflux she has had. I will keep you updated on that.
More about Nikelle.....she is talking so much. Greatfully, she has learned the word "no". She loves "cuckies", which are ducks. AND, don't forget "MUNO"! I am proud to announce that she has now mastered the beginning of Yo Gabba Gabba and can say all the characters name in order (with the exception of fufa, she still is Tutie). She can say Apple Juice, for anytime she wants something to drink. She has also mastered the doggy door. This way she can help herself out to the "side" anytime she pleases! All I need to say is...I really do love her!
On the brighter side, I only have 10 more days of work and then I get to spend a wonderful summer with my baby girl. I can not wait! I also get a chance to go to Boston at the end of June, and I am supper excited! It will be hard to leave Nelle, but it's one of those chances that don't happen all the time.

Easter
I thought since my computer was finally letting me do what I wanted to do, I would post another. Here are some pics from Easter. She was soooo much fun this year. She loved to gather eggs. She had no idea that there was candy in some until later (like 5 or 6 that night). The fun thing was we could just take a handful of eggs and hide them wherever we went and she thought it was the most amazing thing. What a cute girl, I must say!

Squeeky Shoes
Nikelle is getting so big! She is now 19 months and weighs just over 21 lbs. She is such a joy to be around. I love that she is learning new words like: no, no nap, no (with a dirty look), and so many others. She has discovered the outdoors, and helps herself through the doggy door. She does crack us up!
Nikelle loves Gabba and will ask for "muno". If you don't know who Muno is, well he is the big orange/red guy on Yo Gabba Gabba. Every night before she goes to bed we sit on my bed and watch Muno. I don't know if it is a good or bad thing, but I guess she is only little once, and just a little extra cuddle time is worth it.
So, Nik's sister sells squeeky shoes. I have to say, I do love them. Nikelle does too! She now can get into her drawer and find her shoes. Most of them she puts on by herself. Well, she started this thing. When you put them on she dances. We call it the squeeky shoe dance. Nik started making noices (he calls it beat boxing...good thing he stays with his day job). Now, Nikelle would dance to this. One night we got this on video...
